# Console and teams

The console at [/console](https://statementbear.com/console) is where you manage keys, webhooks, documents, collections, billing and your team.

## Sign in

Go to [/console/login](https://statementbear.com/console/login) and enter your email. We send a sign-in link; there is no password. The first time, you create your account, which issues a live key and a test key and makes you its admin.

## Pages

| Page | What it is for |
| --- | --- |
| Documents | Every stored document, with a viewer, an export and a place to try a statement. |
| Collections | Create upload links and follow what each applicant sent. |
| Webhooks | Endpoints, their secrets, test events and recent deliveries. |
| API keys | Issue and revoke live and test keys. |
| Logs | Every request: status, error code, pages and duration. |
| Team | Invite people and set their roles. |
| Billing | The payment method, free pages left, the monthly cap and this month's estimated invoice. |
| Settings | The account's name, contact email and retention period. |

The console switches between live and test mode. Each page shows the documents, collections, keys and endpoints of the mode you are in.

An account always keeps at least one admin. Make someone else an admin before you leave or change your own role.

## Invite someone

1. On Team, enter their email and choose a role.
2. They receive an email with a link.
3. They sign in as that email address and accept. A forwarded link does not work for anybody else.

A person can belong to several accounts and switch between them in the console.
