It can also act on what you tell it: move transactions into the right category, rerun your insights, or open the tax deduction finder for a month.

StatementBear works with PDF statements from any bank. Our AI can read and parse any standard bank statement format.

Yes. We use end-to-end encryption, your PDFs are stored in Cloudflare's encrypted storage, and we never sell or share your data. You can delete all your data at any time from settings.

Your data stays in your account. If you resubscribe, everything is still there. You can also export or delete your data at any time.

Your score (A+ to F) is calculated based on three factors: savings rate (40%), essential spending ratio (30%), and discretionary spending control (30%). The more you save and the better you manage non-essential spending, the higher your score.
