Where to find your Tangerine statement PDF

  1. Log in at tangerine.ca or open the Tangerine app.
  2. Choose the account and select Statements. In the app, tap More, Profile & Settings, then Documents.
  3. Pick the statement period and download the PDF.

How Tangerine statements are read

Money-Back Rewards arrive as a credit

Tangerine pays Money-Back Rewards once a month, around the billing date, either as a credit on the card statement or as a deposit into your Tangerine Savings Account. On the card the reward is kept as money back, never as income.

Interest is paid once a month

Savings interest is calculated daily and paid monthly, so it appears as a single credit on the statement. The converter keeps it as money coming in from outside, so it counts toward income in the spending report.
