Convert PNC statements to Excel or CSV

A PNC statement lists deposits first and then splits money out by how it left: card purchases, online and electronic payments, other deductions. Upload the PDF and get every row back in one list you can sort and total, or a report on where the money went.

How PNC statements are read

Money out is split by how it left

After Deposits and Other Additions, money out is listed in separate tables: Banking/Debit Card Withdrawals and Purchases, Online and Electronic Banking Deductions and Other Deductions, each with a count and a total. Amounts carry no sign, so the converter takes the direction from the table and merges every row back into one list in date order.

Spend, Reserve and Growth are separate accounts

A Virtual Wallet is up to three accounts, and money moves between them often. Upload each account's statement and transfers between them are marked as your own money, so moving cash to Reserve is not spending and moving it back is not income.

Parse PNC statements in your own app

Send the PDF to the StatementBear API and get JSON back: every transaction with its direction and category, the account it belongs to, and a check that the totals reconcile. No bank login, no template per bank. The first 25 documents are free, then $0.49 each.
